great experience with the boys. finally convinced my mom that i made it.

First I want to say Eddie and Gabriel were very nice/fun - no issues there. They were great. However, we rented a 37 speedboat but when we arrived the guys asked us if we wanted to upgrade for a few hundred to a better/bigger boat. We said okay since it was blocking the other one in anyway figured it would just be easier. The BOAT was disgusting - it was the 50ft Maxum. The boat was not cleaned before we got on. We didn’t realize before we agreed we just looked at the size of it and figured it was fine but once we got in there to say it was a disappointment was an understatement. The fridge was full of used food and condiments, and had stains and and split dried soda all over it. I had to wipe it clean before we can put anything in there. It smelt super bad and we were upset we had to put our lunch in there. The rugs were dirty the beds were USED, one of them was left unmade and there was all sorts of stuff in there. The cooler was full of trash and used ice bags and water leftover water. The rugs were dirty, the countertops sticky. The worst part was the bathrooms. He explained no to flush toilet paper, no problem. However there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms! We had nothing to wipe with but paper napkins. The toilets didn’t flush either and guests had to “go to the bathroom” and had to literally scoop it out with paper napkins. **To make matters worse, we thought we were going to a sandbar and they took us to a bay that was littered with other boats which is fine we get it’s busy, but it smelled so horrible we got out of the water immediately and they said that most likely somebody was dumping in the water —- we were literally swimming in poop! They didn’t take us to another area or suggest an alternative.** It’s also in the strangest location so far down the bay and it takes about 45 mins to just get out of the canal. Honestly it was such a bad experience for the amount we paid. I reached out and they refused to even refund the amount we paid extra for the “upgrade” - they don’t provide refunds even when the boat was that unsanitary. ***The reason they have good reviews is because at the peak of the trip when you’re having a good time with your friends they tell yo if you write a five star review right then and there they’ll give you an extra 30 minutes for free.**** BOOK ELSEWHERE

Eddie and Gabriel were outstanding captains. I’ve done many charters and they are easily the best boat rental company I’ve used in Miami. Will be using this charter again and again and recommending to anyone who’s in need!
